[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Payment Deducted but did not Receive PNR and Ticket Copy

Dear Sir, Madam,

I was booking a ticket Yesterday night the flight date is 11.12.2021 From Chennai To Singapore The payment was deducted from my account but I never receive PNR and Ticket Copy.

Not only IndoGo air carrier, but most of India's service providers do not observe the formal requirements for the payment transactions, which are rules in India:
full name of the customer (passenger) shall visible in the issued invoice of the legal entity.
For the air carrier, the absence of the flight number and its time in the invoice is a serious violation.

Nevertheless, the customer shall address the complaint to the web site, where he tried to book the flight or to the bank, which had issued the card, for the refund due to unauthorised financial transaction within such circumstances.
