Indigo Airlines — Regarding employee verification

The complaint of the consumer shall be submitted in the plain manner of one of the two national languages of India until the private web site notifies the use of the other language in the national web sites.
The regional web sites shall maintain interactions in the language of the state, if the rules had been known to the submitter.
The abbreviations are not a plain language (Article 120 of the Constitution).
If the submitter resides in the foreign state, he or she shall notify the authority of his or her India''s residence and foreign residence for complaining in India ( article 3 o the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920).
