I am your regular customer for domestic travel.
On 28th dec. 18 morning i have tried online booking of indigo flight for pune to cochin for 3 passengers for 29.01.2019 and after being making online payment through net banking i got your message that pnr no. Wiystt on hold due to payment not received. By the time i received this message my account got debited and in normal course such payment is credited back to my account. As i got your payment error message that "hold" "need payment" i have made alternative booking for my above travel.
Surprisingly thereafter i got your message and ticket for above travel is confirmed giving another pnr no. Khmq8q without my request. This confirmation is done without my consent and i would request you to cancel booking and refund me the total amount of rs.8919/- and credit to my account.
You will appreciate that i am regular and genuine customer and not able to bear your cancellation charges.

There is no duty of anyone to respond / pay money to purely unidentified person (full name, address, email) and to reply on uniidentified complaint, which do not show
- place, date of the events
- exact references number of the document
- exact sum
- exact request / claim.
If you do not know, how to submit the complaint correctly, you have 2 options
