[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — travel certificate required.

This is adarsh baghel.
I am trying to get my travel certificate from past 2 days as my boarding pass got misplaced but every time it is showing error, enter correct e - mail address.
This is happening with all different emails i entered.
My reference no. Is = sgb9yz
My email address = [protected]@gmail.com
Journey date is =[protected]
From bengaluru to new delhi.
Kindly take required action on the issue
As early as possible.
It's urgent.

My flight was cancelled and issued me credit note. Now how do I purchase ticket using this, i have not found option in payment page to put credit Note number
