The Tower ID 10790008 was installed on my land during 2008 in the name of Hari Singh who expired during Aug 2019. as per old agreement a clause for the rent increase of 10% every 5 years was incorporated. As per that the last increase was given in Aug 2018. The agreement was transferred to my name ( Darya Singh Sangwan ) after death of Hari Singh on 01 Aug 2021 and the rent increase clause was modified and agreed by both the parties and the modified clause incorporated read as " The rent will be increased by 10% after every three years starting from the last increase."
I had tried at all the levels but no satisfactory reply has been received so far.
A copy of Page 3 of 11 with rent increase clause is attached for ready reference. As per this the rent was required to be increased by 10 % from Aug 2021.
I would request you resolve this issue at the earliest please.

My complaint dated 18 Aug 2022 regarding non payment of increased rent from 01 Aug 2021 has not been resolved. It seems the Company is totally intolerant to complaints by the land owners and they do not care for them at all after the tower is installed and they start generating revenue.

    1045221 IN- RENEWAL cum ownership.

    The compaint is to renew our lease agreement from 2015, they are using the site without renewal of site lease, paying old rent till 2018 and since 2018 no rent is paid. Even after several meeting and Agreements have not been done and they are not paying the dues and renewing the lease. They are trying to use pressure to renew at pathetic rates whereas our tower is in the very POSH COMMERIAL PROPERTY IN NEW DELHI.

          I have been constantly in touch with the Indus Towers Ltd regarding non payment of rent for the month of October 2021.I have raised a complaint earlier, but i never closed it. They are saying your complaint is closed now.

          Today only I have raised the new complaint regarding this and the complaint number is INCN[protected].I am providing the sufficient Documents for non payment of rent for the October 2021. There is huge misunderstanding and no one is ready to take the responsibility to solve the issue. Both Customer Care and Employees of the Company contradicting each other statements regarding Rent

              Non Payment of Increased Rent as Per Contract Clause ID 1079008

              There was an increase of 10% due from Aug 2021 but as per Company it will be paid from Oct 2024. Page 3 of 11 with clause 3.1 regarding increase of 10% rent every three years starting from last increase is enclosed for reference.
              I have been approaching the company for past over 4 months to resolve the issue and they have now replied that OC was done during Oct 2021 and hence increase will be given from Oct 2024 and not after three...

              I'm not in receipt of rent and TDS certificate against Indus ID: IN1347909. Despite of my repeated calls/messages to the company officials such as Mr. Harjit Singh, Mr. Aman, Ms. Sushma etc. all requests fall on deaf ears resultant no positive response so far.

              In addition, the reasons provided by the officials regarding non-enhancement of 10% increase in rent after expiry of every three years didn't hold water.

              Hope the company will take cognizance of the matter.

                  Wish to say that as per agreement 10% increment of rent cited above due from July 2021. Your rep gives the reason of covid 19 which is not right as the telecom sector not affected so much.

                          They are installing tower, which is just 20 feet away from nearby home, all villagers are opposing it and they dont want any tower near residential area, the villagers requested property owner to install it minimum 1km away from the residential area, the pkace where tower is being installed is village Mohi khurd, Teh-Rajpura Distt-Patiala. village people given a written complaint to SDM but no action has been taken, so request higher authorities to take action against it. Thanks.

                            Indus towers (formerly Bharti Airtel ) had installed the tower on my site 15 years back but from past 2 years they aren't paying any rent to us .

                            Also, I would like to bring to your notice that the main landowner is 85 year old widow who is totally dependent upon the tower rent and the company of such huge stature is not doing anything to resolve the issue.

                                Property was in name of my grandmother M/s panna devi agrawal age 77 years, she is in very critical situation and we need money for hospital expenses, indus tower has not paid rent from january 2021 we have call and emai many times but no response nor they are clearing our land and giving us noc, or nor they are paying us rent everytime we discuss they will not respond if sometimes respond that we are looking into it they have harassed us to the last limit of survival, need help in this to clear our outstanding amount and getting clearance of our land also.

                                  Sir, there is an Indus Tower providing Airtel Network near my residence.The machine and DG set attached to it creates so much noise and vibration which affecting our lives and peace. It almost 15 meters away from my house.Please Fix this problem as soon as possible.
                                  It is pertinent to mention you that we did not give any NOC while the mobile tower was erected.We dont have any issue with the tower only have problem due to the noise and vibration.

                                    Sir,
                                    There is a Tower installed on my building since 2006. The agreement (15 years) is over on 2021. They are not giving rental. Also Tower tax payable to Thirupuram grama panchayat (RS-160927.00/- for 9 years) is pending. Panchayat secretary told that they are going to take Revenue recovery. I've already raised a complaint regarding this but didn't get any proper response. So I kindly request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.
