    Because of KYC a/c was blocked by the bank, but after 2 times of Valid KYC submission the account is still blocked.I have informed to the bank people at least 20times in last 8months.But they are good for nothing i felt. that's why i'm here.

      i am existing employee of the indusind bank (imfs) at 2wheeler department as a marketing officer, and i resigned job at[protected], and i have completed my check list and settlement papers submitted at[protected], almost 4 months over still i didnt get mt settlement and pf amount, nobody response me properly, i dont whom o contact how to get my settlement and my pf amount, i felt very bad, pls kindly help to get my pf and settlement.

      i am existing employee of the indusind bank (cfd) department as a deputy manager, and i resigned job at[Jan 2020], and i have completed my check list and settlement papers submitted at[jan 31], almost 7 months over still i didnt get mt settlement and pf amount, nobody response me properly, i dont whom contact how to get my settlement and my pf amount, i felt very bad, pls kindly help to get my pf and settlement.

          We are importer of paper and most of our business is on LC. We have ask our banker to pre close the part payment of our LC as the rupee was in favourable price. But our banker refuse to pre close stating that RBI guideline doesn't permit to pre close the LC. We are confuse why we cannot pre close our LC payment. Please provide the detail for the same.

            My car loan a/c no.AVO00602c, i have taken car loan two years back, now the problem is they are asking for extra OD charges every six months, as i am asking to the manager he is telling that go to hell otherwise go to consumer court do as you like, he is telling that i am not responsible for this charges it was given by company. worst response giving to the customer.

              My name is Nisha Haridas. I had an motor vehicle loan account ESU3630U with your finance wing at tripunithura. My EMI starts on december 2014. I got a message in my phone to ensure the account with sufficient balance on 23rd December 2014 because they were collecting my first EMI on 23rd December 2015. So I filled my account with the amount on 20th December itself. But they didn't collected it till 6th January 2015. And I withdraw the money on 6th January 2015. But they collected the amount on 9th January 2015. Actually without any prior notice they tried to collect it. And they asked me to pay the return charge of 420. As its not my issue, because my account has more than that amount till 6th of January.So I refused to pay and also shown them my account statement. The people at edappilly branch agreed to pay the EMI amount only without the return charge. So I payed that amount.And now I need to get the NOC. When I approach for them, they are saying that the cheque return charge is not waved off from my loan account. I again approach the workers at edappilly, submit them with the account statement. They are saying like my request is rejected from head office. So I have to submit a complaint against them.

                Indusind Bank sold me a debit card service(platinum premier card) by deducting Rs 2800/- from my account promising me Rs 2500 gift voucher from My gftr. . I havnt recieved this gift coupen even after 90 days. I have lodged several complaints regarding the same to indusind bank, several resolution dates and promised call backs was never fullfulled .

                  I Nikhet Tandel had taken a commercial loan from indusind bank kandivali branch on nov 2011 agreement no. MWB00177D.At the time of foreclosure my overdue amout was 5, 27, 038. But bank employee Mr. Abhijeet shinde and his team planned to rob me. They made fake documents of show overdue of more then 8, 00, 000. Then in name of settlement mr. Abhijeet Shinde told me pay 7, 50, 000 ( seven lacs fifty thousand) for account closure. After a conversation of more than 5 days i agreed to settle my account by paying rupees 7, 50, 000/- (seven lacs fifty thousand). On 5th October 2015 i went to kandivali branch for settlement of account. But mr. Abhijeet shinde asked me to wait outside. Where he collected cash of rupees 7, 50, 000 for me and went to cash counter. Afterwards mr. Abhijeet shinde gave me a receipt of rupees 6, 71, 500/- ( six lac seventy one thousand five hundred ). When i asked for receipt of remaining 78, 500 ( seventy eight thousand five hundred). Mr. Shinde replied that's remaining amount is his charges for settlement of account. I feel robbed in name of settlement by indusind bank and by it's employees.

                    Sir/Madam, The IndusInd Bank Credit Card dept. employees have sticked to their policy of issuing their Credit Card by saying that "There is no Joining Fees and/or Annual Charges". Previously on July'15 the Bank executive said me that they are issuing Credit Card with no Joining & Annual Fees(Lie). But in their confirmation call they said me that there is a joining fees of Rs.500/- which I agreed for, but to my utter shock the Credit Card statement showed the amount due Rs.570/- which on calling the Bank they informed me that Rs.70/- is Service Tax. Means first it was a Free Card, then Rs.500/- was chargeable and finally the Charge levied was Rs.570/-. What I want to say is I have to pay the charges for which I agreed, the Bank should have informed me about the S.T. at the time of Confirmation call; ultimately all I have to bear is from my pocket whether its Bank's Income or Service Tax. Finally I got the Card cancelled after so many followups after a month from the date of putting up the query with the Bank. After the incidence the IndusInd Bank people started harassing me by regularly calling me for applying for their Credit Card which I ignored. But on 8/10/2015 again their executive Miss. Roshni called and said the same old statement about No Joining & Annual Fees(which was again a Lie) as she called me today and asked me about the previous issue with the Bank and I narrated her the whole matter. To which she tells that there will be a Joining fees on this Card also(Yesterday It was a Free Card & Today its chargeable), so I said her that previously also they lied & now also they are doing the same thing, then she said Ok, and she will not process my request and the conversation ended. Then some Mr.Aditya called and started abusing me saying that Miss. Roshni have informed my yesterday about the charges. So, I want to file a Harassment complaint against InduInd Bank's Credit Card Department.

                        My loan agreement no. Wbb00077g dated 30.09.11. Some financial problem are there in giving installment. Paid installment with late fine but the company without giving me any notice grab my tata ace and sell it without giving me any pre-sale notice. Now a notice has came that bank bears a loss of rs 33, 245 and want me to pay that sum of money. But without any notice how can they sell my property

                          i have problem with islampur branch officers
                          i take a bike for that i take a lone from indusland bank. i pay monthly installement regurally. But before last 3 month Islampur branch officer came to my home and he told me in bank clerical problem last 3 chakes are scrap or not available please you pay in cash in office. from his information i pay in office . When i went to pay last instalment to told me your cheak is bouns. you pay with charges.
                          My question is Why I pay charges? What is my mistake? i pay regurally.
                          Then i pay all installments but Islampur branch dont give bike document and call me to pay charges.
                          indusland bank management show my mistake otherwise give me my document.

                                I am having car loan (Loan A/c No MWT00602C) from Indusind Bank, at the start i was told that Rs. 500/- Per Month will be added to my EMI for the insurance for next year, If i want to take insurance from IndusInd bank i just need to pay the difference amount and if not Rs.500*12=6000 will be refunded to me for taking the policy from some other company. This money was due in the month of March 2015 but after so many followups and reminders to the bank, neither i have received the money nor they are replying to me. Secondly, my first ECS was not hit due to some operational issues from IndusInd Bank and then i received the call from the executive that they will utilize my cheque for that particular EMI and later the ECS will regularize for rest of the month but IndusInd bank wrongly sent the information to Cibil Authority that ECS was 30days overdue from my side, this was impacted on my CIBIL Score badly. I wrote many mails to their Grievance Redressal (Regional Nodal Officer:Mr Rakesh ranjan) team also, but till date their is no response ...

                                Dear Team,

                                Still the issue is not resolved from INDUSIND Bank, I do not understand why I required following up with IndusInd bank for such things from so long as this is IndusInd Bank's Moral responsibility to refund it on time.

                                I am paying all my EMI's on-time, I had carried my honesty so far and expecting the some ethical behaviour from IndusInd bank, which somehow I am not getting.

                                Request you to kindly help me in this matter and also let me know what more actions in terms of legal i can take in this regards,

                                  As per the above subject my vehicle number KA 04 MK 3727 run 72 k kms has come out with a problem from yesterday, the steering is getting hard and EPS light is on in the dash borard . When I enquired with Trident Hyundai dealer in Seshadripuram, they have adviced me to change the steering column as the sensors are not working .They also said that it is a rare problem which has come out . It costs 27k for the entire column !! But if we can replace the sensor it will be fine, why should I replace entire column? Please suggest me, can u not get the replacement from your vendor for sensors. It will be foolish to change the entire column for a sensor inside.
