Dear Sir, Ref: Attached 6th Reminder in last 9 months to Indusind Bank and still didn't received any answer against loan Agreement No. GVS-05412H. Vehicle Detail: Hero Make Maestro, Registration No: GH06-HB-1070. Case Detail: I was taken one two wheeler lone from Indusind bank, for some resone ECS was not presented in my Bank in month of OCT-2014, and as a genuine customer call to bank tall free no to know the reason. as bank representative said your ECS is going to preset between one or two days. In a same month Date: 30 Oct-2014 suddenly received a latter from Indusind bank informing that your ECS was bounced due to insufficient balance, and you are liable for penalty. which is around Rs. 600, immediately I was checked my bank account and found that balance for the ECS is maintained for ECS date. hence to confirm that I was taken a new fresh pass book entry from the bank and found that there was no ECS return Entry appear in month. Sir, since last 9 month I am requesting for the evidence which shows that ECS was Bounced due to insufficient balance. and Indusind bank fail to provide, and charging unnecessary penalty. Sir I would like to file a office case against this bank for spoiling reputation. can you please investigate the same and help me in this matter. I hope that case related details from my side provided to you, if any evidence if you required please be comfortable to write email or call me on given numbers.     I've applied for 8 lacs loan thru dealsfor loan after which Mr.Sunil Yadav from Indusind bank contacted me and attracted with lowest EMI and rate of interest. While signing agreement papers he calmly admitted the mistake of EMI amount / ROI and informed that he shall try to reduce the emi somehow before discursement take place. Immediately on following day i called Mr.Yadav & requested to reduce loan amount as emi was getting very huge. After detailed discussion Mr.Yadav agreed to revise loan amount of Rs.4 lacs. Disbursement was kept on hold for around a 8-10 days, monthend arrived after 4-5 days and suddenly i got an SMS stating that loan amount of Rs.8 lacs is disbursed. I tried contacting Mr, Yadav & other representatives of bank thru Phone / Mail but till date i have not got any responce or any action to correct the mistake. Need appropriate bank personnel to look into & allow 3.5 lacs amount return before 1st EMI hits my account..

      We bought honda activa on loan # ttt14902 from indusind bank trichy branch and paid all the instalments promptly within the date provided and the loan was closed on may month itself and got noc and rc book endorsed. But we have not received the duplicate key which is with the bank yet. We have called that responsible person for the reimbursement of key but no response. And we have step in to that branch directly and asked for the key several times, for that also no response from them. We wait for some one hour today (8 / 7 / 2015) in our hectic schedule at trichy branch but they have not responded especially jaikumar mob #[protected]Trichy branch) .
      We have bought three two wheelers (Access 125, honda unicorn & honda activa) on loan from indusind bank and promptly paid the installments. You can verify our records.

      We don't want to go to branch hereafter to get the key. We want you to send back the key to us. You can courier or by person send back the key to the above mentioned address

          Please provide as much information as possible...One of the branch employees of NFC met me and asked me to apply for credit card from their branch..I agreed on same and very next day he asked me for documents..I submitted all my documents to them. They asked me to wait for the verification call...I waited for more then one month ...After that I called Mr vidya anand continously for the status update...he never received my call..when I called in branch I got to know that still one more document is left which they never asked me earlier and I have to submit it and wait for another 15 days for card process...I was very exited as this was my first credit card...I work for Audi automobile we are having a corporate salaried account of 165 members form indus bank..thinking about the same I applied credit card as I have my salaried account with them...exitement changed into dissatisfaction...worst experience ever...Now i will definitely ask my Hr to discontinued all accounts going on with ur bank...Fake employees they don't care about customers...They forgot that bank is bcoz of their customers. ..

            There was an unauthorized transaction on my indusind credit card, When I checked with indusind bank they assure me that I need to submit a dispute form and with after submitting the form they will update me on the same with in 90 days, Its been more than 4 Months since I am waiting for an update from Indusind, When trying to call the grievance deptt of Indusind, no body is picking the call. I am totally frustrated with the act Indusind is showing. I will like cheated. Please help me here. Thanks, Mudit Srivastava

I have already paid Rs4560/ annual charges. The ban has told me that I will get Free ticket, but that also I have not received. now the Bank represantative is saying that this card can only be selectively used . if they tell this earlier then I will not take this card. even the pin number which has been sent cannot be readable, so I cannot go to any merchant. I request for fresh pin for going to transaction immediately, they are reluctant to do so

                  Hi my name E.Poorna chandra naidu, i have my salary account in indus ind bank.I booked bus tickets in yatra.com, which they was given an offer each bus ticket per 1 rupee. I booked tickets with that offer on may 24th 2015 from my debit card, but after 6 days they charged full amount(14000 rupees) from my account with out my permission.I contacted costumer care but i dint get proper response from them i am fed up with them.i am ready to take this issue to consumer court.i need my amount back to my account.

                      I have taken a loan from Indus Ind Bank 10 months ago. I have always maintained adequate account balance, But for the first month Indus ind people deducted EMI on 7th of next month instead of 21st of current month with out any intimation. However I had no problem with it. but Now after 10 months I have been named as defaulter with 10 months over due. Now nobody is coming forward to sanction the loan for my next car being a CIBIL defaulter. If you do not get loan, sit back home or Go for SHRIRAM(thou the interest rates are Higher. Do not ever Trust IndusInd.

Please note that I received an e-mail titled "Get a pre-approved loan on your IndusInd Bank credit card" mail was received as on date 27/05/2022 with the same loan amount credited to my account but still no EMI debit from my account.                           i have account in Indusind Bank Karnal name of Shrestha Malik, On 19.05.2015 i gave my installment to ICICI Prudential life Insurance company Ltd. throu indusind cheque no.999951 but bank Bounce my cheque then i visit in branch and manager said me we freezed your account for safety purpose i have a question when they freeze my account why they not inform me and second thing is this before one month i deposit money in this account if this account is freezed how they deposit money this account and not inform me. Lots of timei call in Indusind bank but i m not received any better reason for freeze my account and bounce my cheque . Due to systems error that's why my employer code not generated and my salary account not open before 15th April 2015. My reporting manager said at that time your salary has been done next month.                                   my name is charu bhutani ac no[protected] branch lajpat nagar 4 branch on 25 april at 8:30 pm i went to yes bank atm living style mall to withdraw cash the atm got hanged i tried cancelling my transaction but the atm got blanked 2 guys came inside and told me to move aside they inserted thier card but still the atm was hanged i waited their for few mins after a week on launching a complain on your customer service & bank the transaction was sucess i want you to look into the matter pls ask for cctv coverage from yes bank and i want my refund the transaction was for 10000 rs

                                    Loan issued by Kandivali branch by Mr. Akshay without Insurance and Registration... Reference: Loan A/C: MAP00625H I had booked a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc at Ignition Bike Dealer located at Kandivali West, Mumbai as on 14th March, 2015. They delievered the bike on 21st March, 2015 and post that the loan formalities were signed but, they disbursed loan only by 28th April, 2015 and till date i.e. 26th May, 2015 Indusind Bank who disbursed loan does not even have the registration paper in place or the tax invoice. I do not want to pay the EMI which has hit my bank and want Indusing Bank to cancel my loan as well as refund me the EMI that they have collected from me. I would take all legal step required to sue both Indusing Bank as well as Ignition Bike Dealer Rahul & Mangesh for doing shabby business.                                       My name is manu kaushal having account no[protected] in indusind bank.today date[protected] watchman of atm misbehaves me and allows entry of more than one person in atm room.those were talking unnecessarily and giving their awkard suggestions
                                      Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                      Manager of indusind bank have resolved my problem .they made me call and apologize for the misbehaviour of watchman and also warn the watchman not to do this type of behaviour in future with any of the customer.i am satisfied by the step taken by mýanager 05690230172
