I Tithi Choudhury account no[protected] My queries previous mail conversation ( Ref mo. 58531022 / 58755924 /59028735/59029043/ 59085959 /[protected]not resolve till date, sir my account related vkyc from your agent side is not completed agent discontinued the vkyc process so account show Debit freeze, till date I am facing my account transction problem
my nearest two indusind branch 35 kilometer far away from my address also I visit my nearest two branch fo kyc but sir Branch staff says that indie account opened online, its kyc will not be done in the branch, kyc should be done online, no CDD will be done from the branch and another branch is saying that if the account is in this branch, it will be kyc but the online account will not be kyc, CDD is not happening, also I requested the branch manager but he gave me back. I am surprised to see the service of your bank staff, so again I can't visit branch till date for submit kyc bcze facing my health issue so if again re-kyc can be done through online vkyc then it would be very helpful for me otherwise you can close my account from your end and my freeze account balance refunded, then I can send my other account number and IFSC code
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise close my account and return my total account balance because it is my money
