I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction on my credit card account and to formally dispute this charge.

Multiple Unauthorised Transactions
I confirm that I did not authorize this transaction and I am not aware of how it occurred. I have taken steps to ensure the security of my account and have not shared my card details with anyone.I have block my card immediately to prevent any further unauthorized transactions. Additionally, I request a thorough investigation into this matter and a reversal of the disputed charge.Attached are copies of relevant documents, including my most recent statement highlighting the unauthorized transaction. I would appreciate a confirmation of receipt of this email and any further instructions or forms I need to complete for the dispute process.

    Re-vkyc through online otherwise account close

    Respected sir/ madam,
    My self shaikh Farez shaikh naser i have open account and do kyc on 14 /05/2024 and sir told me it will update and it will unfreeze today is 27/may/2024 uptill now it's showing in process from bank cidco santosh sir which done my kyc he said from our side it's done and you documents goes to clu team which assign from 15 days happen but he didn't work and update to system I am facing problem of freeze plz unfreeze my account. Why ant customer open account to use and do transaction but if it will not happen then why we will open account to freeze to you so plz do kindly and unfreeze my account help me

      In October 2016, I purchased a Ford Ecosport vehicle and obtained a loan from the Raebareli branch of IndusInd Bank for a three-year term. The loan was repaid in full in 2019. Subsequently, I visited the bank to collect the No Objection Certificate (NOC), but I was informed that it had been returned to the main office (Lucknow) because of my delay in collecting it. I then applied for a duplicate NOC and paid the required fee on August 1, 2022 (Fee Receipt Attached). As of May 2024, I have not yet received the duplicate NOC.

        My name is Premlata Rai and I had ordered Isc class 12 physics book of RS. 350 in Clankart website on 29 April 2024 and after 3rd May the seller cancelled the order. And on (Date 4th May 2024)
        Clankart initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Clankart sent this reference number

        and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indusind bank in my area doesn't have such policy.Earlier I tried to email the issue on indus banks helpline mail and they provided me this service no.[protected] but no action was taken

          I have been using credit card for the last more than 5 years. I have never made delayed payment. This time also I have cleared credit card bill a day before due date. i.e 23/03/2024 of rs 8820.87 as per the statement through sbi yono bank but the amount had not been credited till 30/03/2024 and I got the refund on 31/03/2024. So I made the payment again on 01/04/2024.

          I have already informed them so many times through mail that amount has not been delayed because of me, it's because of your associate partner ( sbi yono). It's not my fault.

          They have charged penalty of rs 5104 approx for the mistake I didn't commit. I have been trying to connect with them through mail but they are not responding.

          I would request you please look into the matter. my credit score would have negative impact because of this.

              Charges reversal

              I have made a payment on time for Rs. 1799.00 27/1/23, but the same got returned by bank after two days 29/1/23, which I have noticed late and i have put a mail immediately as soon i noticed .               Car loan NOC not issued even after clearing the loan

              I cleared the car loan by paying total due amount on 18JAN 2024. They said I'll receive NOC in two weeks maximum. I'm following up with them till now and they are not responding.

              Till now no RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE

              I am writing to formally request the closure of my Indusland Credit Card account, bearing the card number [protected]. This request is being made due to my inability to link the credit card with the Indusland Mobile App.

              I have faced challenges in linking my credit card to the Indusland Mobile App. Despite my best efforts, I have encountered technical difficulties that have prevented me from completing this mandatory process.

              Given the importance of the security features and services offered through the mobile app, I understand the significance of this requirement. However, due to personal circumstances and the limitations I've encountered, I believe it is in my best interest to close my credit card account.

              I kindly request that you initiate the necessary procedures to close my Indusland Credit Card account as soon as possible. Please inform me of any outstanding balances or dues on my card so that I can settle them promptly.

              To ensure a smooth transition, I would appreciate your guidance on the steps I need to take to settle any outstanding payments and return the credit card to your institution.

                  I am not a customer of IndusInd bank. I have not applied for any credit card or any other product with Indus Ind bank. Also I do not have any account with Indus Ind bank, but I am getting lots of junk emails from IndusInd Bank. Please find the sample email below,

                  Dear Customer,
                  640545 is the One Time Password (OTP) for ECOMM transaction of INR 101296.99 at NOBROKER TECHNO on IndusInd Bank Credit Card ending 2488. Reference # ECOM_[protected].

                  This OTP is usable only once and is valid for 10 mins.

                  I am getting tons of emails like this. Not sure why i am getting this. I suspect this as fraudulent email. Bringing this to your awareness. Please check on this.
