I didnt receive the DD after maturity of my policy. They say the DD was sent via AVIRAL Courier back in March but I have still not received. I received an sms to update the bank account details at KFINTECH.

After several attempts to get the bank account details updated at kfintech website, I end up in some error and am unable to update the bank details.

I started email exchange with but they are just giving copy-paste responses without even trying to understand and fix the problem. In my email, I have attached scanned copies of request letter to update bank account, cancelled cheque and physical policy document.

This is very unprofessional of IDFC to make the customers follow up again and again for their own money after policy maturity. Please have someone look at this urgently.

    Inspite of my several request through email, I have not received the maturity amount payment yet against Folio No: IDB0403120 of Kanai Lal Sen which matured on 21.02.2021.
    Being a senior citizen these peoople are just playing with me. More than 3 month have been passed but no action has been taken for maturity amount payment of my bond.

    Kindly expedite payment at the earliest with interest on late payment.

    Please treat it most urgent.

      My idfc long term infrastructure bonds - tranche 2 has matured on february 21st 2021. My registered folio no. Is IDBO158279, certificate no. Is 158279 bonds 4
      Each bond maturity value is rs.10800 value of 4 bonds comes to rs.43200/- . However company has given me rs.21600/-that comes to rs.21600 less than the agreed amount (received only two bond amount)

      Inspite of repeated reminders no response/resolve the problem from the company.

        I have purchased IDFC bonds with annual interest payment option with following details
        IDFC Log Term Infrastructure -Tranche 1 Folio No. IDA0312046
        IDFC Log Term Infrastructure -Tranche 2 Folio No. IDB0113924
        IDFC Log Term Infrastructure[protected]Tranche 1 Folio No. IDD0010885.

        I am not receiving the interest since 2015. also not received the maturity amount for the BONDs. I have email the my bank detail and pan card to requisite email ID. kindly deposit the maturity amount and the pending interest for all the bonds. in my bank details.

            I had purchased 2 bonds certificate no 361680 in the name of Gopeshwar Kumar Singh & certificate no 361681 in the name of my wife Vijay Laxmi . Maturity of both the bonds was on February 21, 2021. I am sorry to say that after a lapse of 3 months from the date of maturity I have received maturity of these bonds. You are suggested to ensure payment along with interest till date without any further delay.

                Dear Sir
                I bought 4 IDFC bonds (Tranche-2) & bonds were allotted to me on 21 Feb 2011.Maturity amount for each bond on 21 Feb 2021 is 10800 INR. So for 4 NOS of bonds it is - 43200 INR.
                Till date I have not received maturity amount.Contacts nos mentioned on IDFC Ltd website & phone numbers provided by this IVR is of no use .These phone connects me to IDFC bank & since I am not account holder of IDFC bank further talk could not be completed by this IVR .Also mail id is also not available for any kind of communication .
                Sir hence I request to establish my communication with IDFC Ltd for getting me my maturity amount.

                    I was allotted the four bonds as per below details in Feb 2011.

                    Registered Folio number: IDBO220763
                    Distinctive numbers= [protected] to [protected] (Four bonds of Face Value = 5000 each)

                    Today I sent an email to [protected]@karvy.com attaching the signed scans of page 1 and 2 requesting payment as these have already matured in Feb 2021. The email from this ID has bounced back.

                    Could you please advise what to do now to get the maturity amount?

                        Hi IDFC Bank, KFIN Technologies,

                        This is to inform you that I, Vijay Kumar Jain, having 4 number IDFC Long term Infra Bond Tranche 2 with Folio number IDB0393392 matured on 21st February 2021. I have written to KFin Technologies Private Limited and IDFC Bank several times. In reply to they told me to send details of my bank account which i already sent, But, it's very pathetic to state that till now I have not received the maturity amount.

                        I have been following on redemption of my IDFC Infrastructure bonds Folio No - IDB0393392 since last 2 months and STILL Maturity Amount has NOT been credited to my bank account. I have provided all the details like bank account, self attested pan card, self attested cancelled cheque etc.. which been asked so far on email as well and on the given link and filled form also.

                        I DONT understand WHY there has been so much delay and maturity amount is not being credited. Even after telling so many times on email and on phone with Customer Care that my address has been changed and Demand Draft being sent on that address will not be delivered and will get returned and same has happened ( SpeedPost_No_RM[protected]IN _Undelivered for Ticket Number VK[protected]_262 for the Speed Post ) . I also see other Ticket Number AA[protected]_38 in an email from your team for the Courier from Aviral Logistics ( Aviral_Logistics_POD No_[protected] _BlankStatus ) for the Consg. No - [protected] which is showing Blank Status means it has never been sent or no tracking details present.

                        I have received few responses both from KFIN Corporate Registry and IDFC Bank as well and every time a new reference number or Ticket Number received in that email but NO RESOLUTION has been done SO FAR.

                        Also i had talked to Customer Care when i called and even i got call from them once to confirm the details but EVEN after providing all details and have calls on below date and time.

                        Received Call from KFIN/IDFC Customer Care -
                        1. On 30-March-2021 at 3:14 PM
                        2. On 06-April-2021 at 3:48 PM

                        PLEASE understand that I am a RETIRED person and don't have ANY Source of INCOME and need this amount urgently.

                        This NEEDS to be URGENTLY solved and confirmed to me at EARLIEST.

                          Thanks a lot for creating mandate. I received only Rs 21604/- on 08/04/2021 through digital transfer, which is part payment only. Please see the attached Bond Certificate in which I selected the cumulative option at maturity: The details for the purchased bonds should be as follows:
                          Invested amount Rs 5000 * 4 = 20, 000/-
                          Maturity amount should have been: 10800*4 = 43200/-

                          Even after tax deduction, the amount should have been more than 40, 000/-
                          In spite of my repeated requests, no response is received.
                          Please look into it and resolve the issue.

I have written to KFin Technologies Private Limited several times. In reply to they told me to check my bank account, But, it's very pathetic to state that till now I have not received the maturity amount

                              I gather that the payment is due from your end, but to my utter dismay, the same has not been credited to my Bank A/c as yet.

                                I have been chasing for redemption of the IDFC trance 2 bonds for last 2 months,

                                1. First they told Cheque has been dispatched.
                                2. Later they told it has returned and I should fill the details in link.
                                3. Details was provided but no response.
                                4. Then I was told to write to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com ...We just get automated standard response there.
                                5. After trying several times... I was told by Toll free number customer care to write to ganeswararao.[protected]@kfintech.com .
                                6. One week...still no response.

                                If dial the toll free...it takes 10 mins to get to talk to someone...
                                press...this and press that...

                                finally call gets hanged.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  I had purchased 4 IDFC 8% Cummulative Infrastructure Bond on 21/02/2011 each of Rs.5000/-. Thus I spent Rs.20, 000.00 in purchasing the above bonds, through application no. 61001842

                                  The bonds were matured on 21/02/2021 and I can see the maturity price as Rs 10, 800/- per bond, thus I should receive a total of Rs 43, 200/- in my account.

                                  But its more than 2 months and I have not received any credit.
                                  Please check and credit the money in my account.

                                      The IDFC has not credited the redemption amount in my account so far despite complaints lodged on 17th and 22nd April 2021and despite my speed post received by the company on 6th April 2021.I sent them another speed post on 21st April 2021.The postal track of this latest speed post as on 26th April 2021 reads*Item returned. Addressee left without instructions *
                                      I request to process crediting of redemption proceeds of my hard earned investment of Rs. 20000 made in February 2011 to my account number already communicated to the company. The bonds have matured on[protected].My folio no. is IDB0227129. The company does not seem to realise my distress. I need the money badly in connection with the forthcoming Eid festival. Was it a sin to invest in the company ten years ago and the company showing callousness to the redemption request.                                         I have invested on IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 which is matured at 21 Feb 2021.

                                        Folio No.: IDB0380299
                                        BondHolder: Arvind Kumar Gupta
                                        No. of bonds: 4

                                        The matured amount for same is still not received as on 27 April 2021
                                        They have used some fraud courier service (aviral courier) to deliver DD which were never sent to customers and those courier service marked the consignment as delivered in their system.

                                        While registering on their website( https://ris.kfintech.com/idfc ) for account to which we want redemption directly since we do not recieved DD, we have found it is also fraud since even after entering every right details it is showing as invalid isfc every time.
