    I have two
    1.folio no. idfc 0263199 holder name Rameshkumar Jain and Manju Jain
    2. Folio no. IDFC 0263200 holder name Rameshkumar Jain HUF.

    I had send all required details to finteck many time soft as well as hard copies I have received all time fintech confirmation that they have received my details.

    But to my surprise i have not received my matured money in banks.

    I tried to contact your various phones but i could not talk as in majority time i was asked to call other phone no. Finally i got customer no. [protected], but this no. is not working. I tried at least 15 time yesterday and 10 times today but result is same.

    Now please guide what should i do.

      I am holder of Folio number IDBO293625 of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds 2011 Tranche 2. The 4 bonds in the folio matured on[protected]. But maturity value not credited to my account.

          I have purchased 04 nos of IDFC Bonds in Feb 2011 bearing reference ISIN : INE043D07385 Series 2 with registered folio no IDB0299437. The maturity date is 22.2.2021( 21st is Sunday).

          I have not received any payment against these bonds. Please remit the maturity amount immediately. None of your toll free or your RTA toll free works or answers. Email also are unanswered.

                I am Surendra Pai, holding 4 bonds @5000, Regd FOLIO IDCO235654 maturitu value Rs 44200 due on 30 march 2021.To know about the procedure and to check the address, emails sent at [protected]@karvi.com and also at [protected]@idfc.com, both are undelivered.Tried all telephone Nos at Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru erc in vain.This has created panic in my mind .please let me know what I should do in this case.Please let me know their real telephone Nos and email address.

                  Folio no.IDD0149035 IDFC ifra bond Tranche 2 matured on[protected].Maturity value cheque not received and IDFC cannot be contacted on phone or by email in this regard. (2) cheque for 9 th interest due on 21-2-20 staled and send to Karvy for fresh cheque but it is also not received . Can you help? Thanks

                                I am holding the above bonds (Four only) (Folio no IDE0128809) in physical form.
                                As I have changed my residence, I want to get the address changed. Can you please confirm the procedure to change the address?

                                2nd point, Can these be transferred to my husband's name as he is holding a Demat account in his name? Please confirm the procedure for the same.

                                  i have bought 4 bonds
                                  there is a buy back option after march 21 2017.
                                  i have the bond with me, however there is no information on anything regarding how to redeem the bond. i even went to IDFC bank in person and they had no clue. worst, they directed me to a private broker who deals with mutual funds.

                                  there are so many bogus customer care numbers, none of them works.
