This is with reference to my complaint registered by myself on 06-Oct-12 against my policy no.[protected]. I requested the company to either change my ULIP plan to any Saving (Traditional/Guaranteed) plan or refund my money deposited. I complained in IRDA also. But the company (Aegon Religare Life Insurance) sent me postal letter on 19-Oct-12 (dated 16-Oct-12) stating "we were trying to contact you on your number updated in our records, however we were unable to get in touch with you. We trust the matter stands clarified." I ask the esteemed company how could be matter "stands clarified" without being able to get in touch with me? The matter does NOT stand clarified at all. I request the authorities concerned to kindly look into the matter and my ULIP plan be converted to Saving/Traditional/Guaranteed plan. I am surprised for such an esteemed organization like Aegon Religare Life Insurance flouting the policy/agreement. Your prompt response is solicited.
