This is my worst experience with Interam. On 24th July 2021, guys from the company came and packed all items which needed to be shifted from Bangalore to Gorakhpur, UP. There were total six items including gas cylinder and they gave receipt for the same to me. They charged me for whole items according to weight and also for insurance. On 2nd August 2021, they shifted just 5 items to home and cylinder was missing. Then I called Somveer Jagra(Bangalore Agent) regarding this and he promised me to update on next day but that promise never fulfilled. I again called him but he did not pick up calls. So I called him with different phone number and he picked up and made false promise again. Also there is no tab or link on the website through which I can file complaint or claim missed item.
Fade up with false promises and no customer grievances addressed on the company website, I am complaining here. These fraudsters should be punished harshly so that they can never commit these crimes again.
