Worst experience with interam. Our household goods and car were shifted from noida to bangalore. First of all, they promised to reach the goods and car in 7-8 days, but they actually took 22 days. Some of the items were lost in the transit & never reached bangalore. Not only this, my fridge got a major dent, study table's one leg was broken; and both my clocks are completely shattered. And, now to most dangerous part... They stole/change my car's original number plate and replaced with the local one. I called vikrant (Their delhi agent) and he clearly denied taking any responsibility about it and said "aapko jo krna hai karo, we are not going to do anything about this". I had no choice, but to lodge a complaint with bangalore police. So guys if you are going for shifting, think 1000 times before choosing interam. Was this information helpful? |
