Feeling bad for choosing the services of this packers and movers for promised delivery of 6 days. I regret know for the pathetic service there provide to the customer.
I lived in a society wherein for moving the household item defined by the society is 9 am to 5:30 pm and there do not let the cargo delivery to enter inside the premises until the owner show them the noc/lease agreement. I received a call on 12 feb 2018 4:54 pm evening by the driver informing me suddenly that he is on the way for delivery and will deliver the household item in one hour. I told him there will not allow and secondly, i am in office it will take me one hour to reach the place. The stubborn driver tells you need to take the delivery today. I told him that why there was no intimation for delivery at my location atleast 4 hours or a day prior as per policy. Secondly, you expect me to in home. I talk with the people to deliver it the next day and there agree on the term but told me there will be charges. I told was the problem from my side or your side.
The next day (I. E.[protected] i called them up the driver number was stored and asked him when are you going to deliver he started giving lame excuse of shivratri holiday and the driver is on leave. I started checking the reviews i found that the consumer faced the same problem and even i found the reviews too be bad from genuine customers. I called him again and he gave his senior mobile number. I called him up and he told me it will be delivered next day in the morning. My whole day got wasted as i took half day permission from office.
The next day i called up there started giving lame excuse and forwarded the number of the guy who was to deliver my item. I called him up and he told me that he is not responsible who gave you my number better do the enquiry from him. I called up the guy in navi mumbai he told me that he is delivering other people it will be possible by tomorrow evening. I knewed about the lame excuse and the frustration of the people who had experience the same scenario.
I made on time payment of re 26892 after there revised the quote thrice from 22000 to rs 26000 and included the surcharge of rs90000 insurance amount into it. I asked vikrant from delhi to deliver me the insurance claim amount pdf to my mail and he told me it will be delivered to your mail tomorrow which never happened.
Now, i really regret for not going through the established packers & movers wherein last year along with three friend we shifted the household item and it was delivered in quite good condition though there was delay but there had the proper tracking and intimation provided to the customer.
I know that i will not get my household item and even the money i payed them but i want this bunch of people stop fooling people and charge them at the par of established packer and mover.
My things is hovering around the city and my biggest mistake was early payment. First time in life i was facing such incident.
I am even including the name of the guy and going to file police complaint against them.
