The Indigo Crew requested all the passengers to deboard the flight from Mysore to Hyderabad around 8;00 pm with a pretend that the flight have some technical glitch and require passengers to deboard to carry on or make the flight ready to fly. After deboarding the flight, they informed that the flight is not in a position to fly and passengers have two options 01. The airline can issue tickets from Banglaore, subject to availability 02. They can cancel the tickets with full refund of fare.
They denied providing any accommodation to stay in the late night and they don't provide any solution to reach Bangalore. They informed that its passengers to look out how to reach the Bangalore Airport.
We are family of 04 members travelling from Waynad, Kerala on a vacation. This is the return journey. The incident wipeout all the happiness and last misery, sorrow and mental agony to me and my family members. My wife is diabetic patient and suffering with other issues like backpain etc., either she may not be in a position to travel by road from Mysore to Bangalore or if travels she have to suffer a lot with medical related complications. We have to report our offices being the next day is working day.
We sought compensation from the airline for their inappropriate and rude behavior by not following the laid down guidelines and making proper alternative arrangements to reach my destination as per reservation.
