keys not working

I have INTEX new keyboard model no IT-1018RB
some keys not working properly it needs to press it hardly.

Worst keyboard I have ever seen.
INTEX Keyboard is the worst, low level, and 'F' technology.

Please Don't ever purchase INTEX Hardware atleast KEYBOARD...

not working well

I bought intex keyboard with my accer monitor. One day all my function keys are not working..This happens within 6 months. After 2 month I faced problem with another intex keyboard and mouse. But there is no warranty for keyboard. The warranty is only for hard discs....

It had an fault on September 2010 and I had put for repair in the service center. After one and a half month I got it back without any change.
Right after that I wrote to Intex Technologies regarding this issue but I just got a system generated mail and no other response,

I purchase INTEX UPS in may 2010, after that there is some problem in UPS for backup, for repairing the UPS i give that to INTEX UDAIPUR service center dated[protected] , JOB No. 274, ( DIVINE ELECTRONICS service center name) they give me only job no. and date at their visiting card. After 2 months over they have no answer that UPS is repair or replace by company. I call the INTEX Call center for my Problem but they only talk and no solution...
