This is Amit Kumar and i have bought a 6622 intex phone on 13th feb '10 from METRO Teleconnect Jind. But i have been totally upset with this product as i have been constantly facing problem. Within few days of buying this phone i approached my shopkeeper in METRO Teleconnect Jind with lot of problems and the phone was repaired, Service center repaired...

I bought the Intex IN6623 touch screen handset and faced a problem just within 4 - 5 days immediately. The problem was - cracked screeen. I submitted the mobile to the service center with the commitment of 15 days / replacement. I recieved it after more than one month. After a few days I found the inside corners ( under the screen in the case ) are cover with dust. Also the battery back up is very low.

And I am not at all...

problem with usb tuner card

BATTERY BACKUP

I have purchased Intex mobile IN 4495 before 6 months. But this not working properly. While speaking battery totally discharged, then need to extra volts to pick up the charge. (12 Volts)
Battery backup is less than 4hrs against long lasting battery backup mentioned for this phone…very very bad battery back but shopkeepers selling this phone telling customer that it has a great battery backup.

Repairing of mobile under warranty

customer service and customer satisfaction for intex mobile is worse

I purchased intex IN 4455 mobile 20 dyas before from orissa but i am staying in pune now. I am facing problem in head set. when i insert head set. I got message head set plugged in, head set plugged out. I receives these two messages minimum 5 times. I am not able to listen FM radio, songs from audio folder. I have warranty card also.
