Ion Exacense (Pvt) Ltd — Cheating, misguiding and no service

I have taken an amc from your organization on 30th dec 2019, the registered phone number is [protected]. Attaching the amc
And we are from whitefield, bangalore. The cost of amc is rs 5880/-

While taking the amc, your people said that, you are a n authorized service agency for "aqua guard".
Aqua guard clearly says, you are not. I feel like cheated by your organization.

Now we are having a problem with our purifier and tried to contact you several times in last 10 days. The lady who attended the call kept on saying the executive will visit next day and nothing happened.
We requested the lady to connect to a superior several times, then she cuts the phone abruptly

Now really fed up with you guys, request you to terminate the contract immediately and give us the money back.
