Ion Exacense (Pvt) Ltd — Not responding to phone calls and emails after they failed to provide service for my water filter after getting AMC amount of 9250 rupees

Myself Sandeep K, resident of Banglore I purchased Dr Aquaguard water filter from Eureka Forbes. Soon after I purchased the water filter continuously I was getting calls from ION EXACENSE its a PVT LTD company located in the Banglore. I didn't know how they got my contact details and called me. More often they use to call me and I was told that my water filter service is due to be done. Once they come and did the periodic service and told me that filter got damaged it needs to be replaced and explained about there Annual service and finally managed to got the AMC(insurance for service). The service representative took 9250 rupees as the charge for the AMC that covers all the expense including replacement of all the filters 2 times for a period of 2 years. After getting the money till now they are not responding to call and not providing any service. Right now my filter's coil needs to be replaced and the company not all responding to my service request. I would like to lay a complaint on them so that I should get justice and my money back.
