[Resolved]  Irctc — Appeared "Unable to perform transaction" on the irctc portal after completion of booking e-ticket

Dear Support, Today[protected] I have done booking e-ticket from Krishnaraj Puram(KRM) to Rajahmundry(RJY) for the date[protected]. I have done this through my Axis Net Banking. After performing the transaction I got "Hot Payment Successful" message but I found "Unable to perform Transaction" on the irctc portal. In order to confirm whether the amount is debited in my account, I have seen in my net banking account and wondered the money was debited but I didn't receive any e-ticket confirmation print. Please find the transaction receipt which i have received from the bank: Cyber Receipt Date:14/06/2014 11:36 AM ___________________________________________________________________________ Transaction Details ___________________________________________________________________________ Account Number : [protected] Transaction Date : 14/06/2014 Transaction Amount : (INR)397.48 Transaction Type : DR Transaction Description : INB/[protected]/INDIAN RAILWAY CORPORAT/ Could you please find this and get my ticket as soon as possible. I tried to cancel the below ticket from yesterday,[protected] onwards but I get the error "Unable to perform the operation. Please try later."

I am facing issue while trying to book a ticket it always shows "Unable to perform transaction please try again later.

Trying to book a tatkal from KYN to JBP in 12188 and was not able to do because of this error!! could you help to resolve

I am not able to book transaction in irctc for the past five days. How this can be set right
While trying to book a ticket it always shows "Unable to perform transaction please try again later".

Why IRCTC always shows "Unable to perform this transaction, please try later". This happens even in normal time.

Unable to perform Transaction. Please try later.
WHEN I CLICK FORGOT USER ID OR PASSWORD and after submitting E-mail and Date of birth
SHOWING
" ERROR;
unable to process your request. Please contact HELPDESK -40040."

I tried to cancel an upcoming journey(25th oct 2021) ticket but the portal shows that "Unable to perform transaction please try later "
