Irctc — Booked ticket history is not showing properly

I am a user of irctc and I have an account on irctc web site from a long time. I booked many ticket without any problem but now I am facing a problem is my June month ticket booked history is not shown by irctc . I am using latest version of next generation reservation system, so I am confuse about this please show my booked history properly. Thanking you, Sajeev K K

Booked ticket from Chennai - Salem for 2/9/16 on 27/8/16 by Aggrandizement CHin IRCTC & money transaction online ski. Did not get SMS of the ticket & no evidence of ticket displayed in monitor
How can I trace without any details & it's emergency travel.
PLEASE help.
