Irctc — IRCTC forgot irctc login user ID & Password

Sir/Madam,
I have forgot my IRCTC Login user ID & Password.
My email [protected]@rediffmail.com
my mobile no [protected]

I also tried to create new login but the error is email id and mobile number in use.

So kindly send me details about my account associated with mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com & mobile no [protected].

While booking a return from BLR to LKO, I don't see flights from LKO to BLR that are going via some other city i.e. non-direct flights.
