Rs 11.50 is deducted from my sbi account .without any information.i had booked reservation, 8 day before .I PAID ALL AMOUNT at time of reservation, SO WHY ARE DEDUCTED THIS AMOUNT??refund it

I purchase one water bottle in irctc canteen, but in that canteen are taking 5rs extra amount.
Actually water bottle cost is 15rs and irctc supply also mentioned in that bottle.
Then overall taken amount per bottle is 20rs
Pls take action immediately
