i have booked a ticket PNR NO.[protected] TRANSACTION ID:-[protected] DATE OF BOOKING 13-mar-2015 DATE OF JOURNEY 11-may-2015 FROM CHANDIGARH(CDG) TO FATEHPUR(FTP), but train is cancled on date 11-may-2015.
One month has been gone but my refund not received. Please help me
