The matter is that i have booked a ticket for PNR [protected], Date of ticket booking 13 March 2016 and date of journey 15 March 2016 17:30 hrs. After this i have filed TDR on 15 March 2016 16:42 hrs. because the train was late more than 3 Hrs. to its actual arrival on the boarding station and the TDR request was outward rejected by Chief Commercial Manager without citing any reason.Then after i was complaint to irctc regarding rejection and then irctc reopen the case.My TDR status is displayed on irctc website is CR REGISTRED, but refund is not received till date. According to rule 11 of part II-sec 3(i) of refund policy of ministry of indian railways, it is said that "in case of e-tickets, the TDR is filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund." TDR rule said that TDR request refund got 60 to 90 days from the date of TDR filing. My request to you is that see this matter and force the give me refund to eastern railway(Authorised).
I complaint to Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) dated 19 July 2016, after one and half month my case is closed and action taken is : Rs. 630/- has already been refunded through pay- order no. A-021530 dated 18/08/2016. Payment of Rs. 630.00 has been released in favour of IRCTC. IRCTC will make payment to party finally.
But, now i mail to IRCTC for refund my money he is saying that once the refund is received from the railways the amount will be credited to your same account.
if amout already received by IRCTC to Eastern Railways why IRCTC not refund my money in my account till date now.
