Irctc — Train jerks a lot.. Driver unable to drive

I am travelling by train to chennai ... Details as follows

The train is continuously jerking and it's affecting the journey very badly.
A very bad rude.
Also I thought this is an express and the train is stopping like a goods train...why?
Driver not experienced or what is the problem?
