Dear Sir
this is to bring to your notice that i had booked a ticket on 6th september 2016 with PNR number [protected] to travel by Train number 22413 on 7th november 2016 transaction id [protected], surat to nizamuddin
Please see the screen shot for the same.
i regret to inform you that i was asked to get off the train on 7th November as my PNR no reflected that my train ticket is for 6th november and not 7th
where as the message i got on my mobile and in my email says i am to travel on the 7th..
the TT has asked me to pay a fine or get down at baroda,
May i know my fault?
i had booked the tickets for 7th only,
kindly refund the amount as this is a fault from your end and also compensate me for the harasment faced.

I Deb kumar Paul, booked a from bwn to jmp in hwh- gaya express train in 1/11/2016 by tatkal, when I submit all detail of bank account then money deduct but ticket not generate, please solve my problem and get my money back, please.

I create my account in irctc and I received its mail that it's successfully created but I face problem to log in. Now I can't log in Nd if m trying to change password it's msg that invalid user. Now I can't create new account which it shows pan card Nd adhaar ID used already. So I want to know what is the pblm in this account.
