I hv purchased all bathroom & other fittings of my new constructed house frm jaguar... Jaguar claiming abt 10 years warranty is completely fake & misleading for marketing his product. I hv always paid for each parts replacement in each complaints. Also now my wc has been crack within 4 years of purchase and they said its not under warranty bcs we hv not use some name called (Visher) in fitting. Said fittings are fit by skilled technicians...

regarding jaquar elena prime 25 ltr storage water heater

There is problem with one water heater. I have already raise the complaint with customer care along with mail id. There is no solution as of now.

part covered under warranty but the service executive took 690rs

Dear sirs,

We have made a complaint no 95091/5 via phone number [protected].

The service executive came and said the cartraige is not working properly and he needs to replace the same. Hand he took 690 rs and gave no invice but we asked him to rite the amount on the service job card.

The person told the warranty is only for the service and parts will be chargable....

replacement of wheels of bathing cubicle

We had purchased jaquar bathing cubical in 2015 and our bathing cubical wheels needs replacement and we had complaint on customer card on 27th july 2019 and no one has come from jaquar team has visited our place for the service and repair.
And spoken to the dealer also regarding the same but they also give no response.

jet spray leakage

Jet spray started leaking within few months o[censored]sage. It's under warranty. Water is leaking drop by drop due to which whole bathroom gets wet and we are not able to use toilet. We are facing issues with that as water keeps on leaking whole day. It becomes risky to use the bathroom. Please change or solve the problem. It's been a long time we are facing this problem and its been hardly few months since v started using this....

regarding shower mixer

bathroom tap fixture

The tap fixture comes out when we try using it.please send someone to fix the tap..It has been purchased less than year.please send someone to rectify it.
This was a similar problem with another tap of Jaguar...The tap does not fit correctly.The moment we open it, the fixture comes in our hands.It is difficult to put it back and stop the water flow.We are not able to fix it properly.Request you to send someone expert in fixing this......

regarding cheating behaviour of technician of jaguar bathroom fitting

worst customer care support

We had a problem in one of our taps and some other accessories and we tried to contact the customer care but when we called them 5 times but unfortunately the customer care members were not able to here our voice 5 times and i don't think that this is possible every time when we call the customer care and especially during the working hours. I have purchased bibcock 5047 on 8/5/17 vide bill no. 57355 From Patel trading corporation, Kranti chowk, Aurangabad @ rs 1100/ per unit. I had a problem with abovesaid product so I had lodged complain having service call reference no. 00609684 on 13 July 2018. Mr Aamir attended call immediately. And he told me that this faulty piece will be replaced by new one. As soon as I will receive the piece from company I will come and replace it....
