Incident Description : My elder sister (Ms. Veena Tiwari) booked a cab through the Justdial app on 23.11.2022 from MAHADEV TRAVELS TAXI SERVICE Address: Pandav Nagar, C-Block 127 Office Nearby Radhe medical store, 110091 Phone number [protected], [protected]. The destination was Rajnagar Extension Ghaziabad to Vrindavan. The day before, the cab driver forced us to pay Rs 1000 in advance for fuel and other expenses which we did and made the payment through PAYTM (Screenshot attached). But the neither the cab didn't turned up in morning of 24.11.2022 nor the driver reverted back our calls and forcefully we have to make the alternative way to reach to Vrindavan. Despite of our several calls and reminder neither the Cab owner is returning back our amount nor JUSTDIAL customer service people are taking any sort of action on this. My question is this if company like JUSTDIAL can't cater the trouble resolution for its customers then why are they allowed to operate. This sort of negligence and behaviour is actually causing Mental Trauma for my family. We humbly request you to take the necessary action against him and kindly refund our paid amount with compensation.
