Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Mumbai and i run my own business of carpets, floorings etc..
I had subscribed with Just dial for 12 Months period, for which a payment of 6894.00 for 3months in advance was been taken from me, i was under the impression that the first three months of payment of Rs.6894.00 was been considered and my ECS would start from the fourth month onwards, according to which i was maintaining my accounts, for which i later i came to know that my ECS payment had already started from the first month in which an amount of 2, 298.00 had been deducted and hence not knowing, my other outgoing payment got dishonoured, i came to know about this only when i got my last month's statement.
I feel this is not done and i Requested them to give me this month and the other 3 months advancement in the starting of the year that is from June - September and then start my ECS for which i have made an effort to call the co. but no one is ready to take the call and neither reply or help, I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the things sorted out.
FYI:
The representative Mr. Kapil Jain had visited me and Ms. Khatija Shiekh had called me for the appointment.

consumer court should take a step to stop this kind of cheating
