A while ago i took a 3 months justdial package for which they took a sum of 4720 as a down payment from me. even after a month i was getting no leads and the sales executive would not talk to me. i was approached by another executive who is now forcing me to pay 2300 per month for the services or else money will be deducted from my account, since then they have deducted 700/- once and 200/- twice from my account without consent and are not discontinuing the service as well let alone give me back my
" refundable " security deposit. please look into my issue and resolve it ASAP

    Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial.

        Respected sir, I Amandeep singh Director of perfect windows sector-14 gurgaon want to raise a complaint against justdial as this company and their field / sales employees are giving fake commitments and plans to customers on the name of justdial, we recently started our plan on justdial on February 2023 after convinced by the justdial managers and employees to resume our plan as in past years we have suffered alot by them due to their fake leads, repeated leads, location error, poor customer support etc .we have paid justdial total of 1months advance+ 2months security money which they us that it will be refundable but after 15-20 days of taking plan, we started getting fake leads, repeated leads, location error again so I told justdila team to check it and clarify it but they didn't responded back and after a month I told justdial on their customer support number[protected] to stop our plan as we were not getting the services which they committed while taking the payment and advance and after many complaints done to their customer support, they us that we won't be getting our security money back which they told us that it will be refundable while taking the plan . We humbly requested justdial to just stop our plan after getting harrassed of not giving services + not giving our security amount back and at last they told us to resume till our security money period expires which I clearly told them many times to stop the plan after that and while getting their calls too but they didn't and as of now justdial has deducted bouncing charges+ ecs charges o[censored]njustified payments from our account without authorisation/intimating us as we clearly told justdial to stop it permanently bcoz of the negligence of customer support+ staff + wrongly commitments. In total of 2360+2360 =4720/- security amount ( unjustified) taken from us and now on 17 June 2023 bouncing charges + ecs charges of total 2700/- has been deducted recently without our will .we request you to start strict action against company way of working and harrasing customers like us everyday with fake plans and fake commitmentsand would humbly request to kindly help us in getting our refund of total -7420/- which was taken by justdial unwillingly and looted by us from this company

          Your advisor fraud with me. they pressurized for activate this service and to get trust that service will stop after 6 months but the company asks me service stop after 1 year & now I am unable to pay for service this reason my loss is 8844/- rs . If I don't pay then ECS will be bounce and it directly effect for my CIBIL. I am get trapped in Justdial company employee. Now I want to stop ECS mandate. I closed my business & I am unable to pay for this service.

            Mr. Ajith and Mr. Rahul - sales executives from Just Dial falsely claimed and received a deposit for my contract in August 2022, stating that it will be used for service or refunded. They have stopped providing the agreed-upon service from November 2022.
            My phone number on the account is Ph- [protected].
            There is a balance of Rs. 4828 and Rs. 2368 as a deposit which I paid at the start of the service in two of my business accounts. Just Dial executives are neither refunding the balance in my account nor providing the service that was originally agreed upon at the time of the contract.
            The sales executives are falsely claiming that the ECS contract is EMI and we can stop it or skip ECS whenever desired and fraudulently giving false promises to get money for the service. Once they receive the money they neither respond nor provide the service agreed upon. ECS was activated for my account and a deposit was received to cover in case ECS payment was not done. Now they have stopped service and ECS payment is also stopped.
            Please help me get a refund for the service they have not provided. The amount is present in my account as Just dial balance. They are not providing the service originally agreed upon as per the contract and I don't want anything to do with JustDial hereafter.
            It has been 8 months and they are still not processing the refund of my balance.
            I have attached the balances present in both of my accounts in Justdial. It will be shown under the heading Other Balances.
            According to justdials refund policy -
            10. REFUNDS POLICY

            "Just Dial shall process a refund, when a valid authorization and presentment was previously processed and the Users subsequently either cancelled the transaction or returns the goods, or wishes to refund the amount in cases of services not rendered, or to rectify any transaction processing error, or services/goods is not delivered within prescribed period of your completion of the transaction, then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the Contact Us page, containing the complete details of the said disputed transactions such as date, time, order/transaction numbers, account number etc..

            For processing a refund, the users shall present a refund request to Just Dial along with all the required detail to identify the previously authorized and settled transaction and Just Dial shall process the refund within 5 (Five) working days from the date the refund request is received. The refund request must describe the failed / returned / rejected / cancelled transactions or merchandise were returned, services cancelled or adjustment made.

            The funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received, and not by cash or any other mode. In case of any users’ complaint regarding non- refund for failed transactions and/or non-credit for successful transactions shall be dealt by the Bank. Any complaint about credit not being given to Users should be dealt with conclusively and bilaterally by the remitting and beneficiary banks as per its Policy.

            Note: Just Dial is not responsible for any wrong purchase or recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or fund transfers in an incorrect bank account or any unauthorised payment by users. You are sole responsible for the accuracy, authenticity of information pertaining to the goods/services or the payment credentials while using the JD Pay Services."

            As mentioned above even with services not rendered JustDial refuses to refund my money. Please help me receive a refund of the money I paid.

                  डियर सर मेरा नाम समर है मेने just dail कंपनी में अपना स्क्रैप का बिज़नेस रजिस्टर करवाया था, कंपनी से पैकेज लिया था जिसके लिए मेने 7080 रूपये कंपनी को दिए थे, लेकिन कंपनी ने पैसे लेने के बाद कंपनी ने मुझे पैकेज की जगह बैनर दे दिया जो मेरे किसी काम का नहीं है, मेने जिससे पैकेज स्टार्ट करवाया था उसने मेरे फ़ोन और मैसेज का रिप्लाई देना बंद कर दिया, और कस्टमर केयर पे फ़ोन करता हु तो वो लोग भी टाल मटोल करते है, 3/4 बार कंपनी भी गया था लेकिन वो लोग मेरी एक नई सुन रहे और अपनी मनमानी कर रहे है, बोल रहे है की आपने जो पैसे दिए थे उन पैसो से आपको बैनर दिया गया है अगर आपको पैकेज लेना है तो दुबारा से पैसे देने पड़ेंगे, मेने उनको कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग भी सुनाई जिससे ये साबित होता है की मेने बैनर के लिए मना कर दिया था, लेकिन कंपनी वाले मेरी एक नई सुन रहे बोल रहे है की अब कुछ नई हो सकता, मेने उनको बोला की मैं कंस्यूमर कंप्लेंट करूंगा तो कंपनी वालो ने बोला की अगर आपको टाइम बर्बाद करने का शोक है तो कीजिये जिसे कंप्लेंट करनी है कीजिये।

                  सर मैं आपको कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग और ट्रांसक्शन आईडी सेंड कर रहा हु, आप चेक कीजिये और Just Dail कंपनी के अगेंस्ट स्ट्रिक्टली एक्शन लीजिये, मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस दिलवाइये

                    I have been asking them to close the account from last 6 months.
                    But instead of closing, they have been deducting money through ECS.

                      I had my busniess profile listed in justdail and paid for 1 year,
                      due to fininacial problem i couldnt renew it.
                      Even after saying it people keep on calling me on daily basis saying that it is a system automated call, and anoying me.
                      Please stop calls from your call center.

                        Repeated calls coming from just dail for subscription, every time I told them that i don’t have any interest in that till they are called me and harassed me.

                          I have taken a plan on justdial. Now I am not running the clinic anymore. I wanted to close the account by calling customer care every time they tell me about call back that they will call with 24-48 hours but even after calling 4-5 times there is no call back. No replys on email. My ticket id reference is RCS-V2BRVPX2 even after generating the ID there has been no reply since. Please close my account.

                            We have raise request 3-4 time in last 4 months for ECS disable on Justdial as we dont want their service. But we noticed that every month they deduct amount from our current account. I wanted to files the complaint against Justdial and also want refund for last 02 month ECS amount

                              Hi Team,

                              We have registered the company with JD on April 2023 and we have called JD executive to Stop the ECS as we are stopped our small business due to financial issue but executive is denying to stop the ECS.
                              During delivering the service, the sales person told us we can stop the ECS anytime but now we trying to reach the JD team they wont updating about the ECS being stop.

                              Even the team who handling this type issue are very rude.

                                  We were approached by SABHAJEET SINGH : [protected] to pay in CASH ONLY for promotion of our new diagnostic centre.

                                  He committed to provide website, FB page, leads etc against the same amount.

                                  Once paid he stopped receiving our calls, abused us and told us to get lost.

                                  We were duped and I want justice for the same.

                                    In mar-22 we enroll for service in just dial for 12 month of periods, but even after mar-23 they deduct EMI till month, but from mar-23 they stop my service and inform me to upgrade the package, when i denied to take service their sales executive inform me no EMI deducted from month but still EMI continue to deduct.

                                      Hi,

                                      Justdial is deducting twice from the account. The team approached us saying they will upgrade our package to get more leads. Instead of converting the previous package to new one, they are deducting 2 times from account. One Rs 1474 nd other Rs 2654. We clearly asked them only one should be deducted. They confirmed us yes the package has been upgraded and only 1 amount will be deducted. But It's happening since 2 months. They took money and not responding to calls also. We asked them to stop the ecs but the customer care keeps telling ECS team will call us. But no one calls. Not trustworthy. The employees are not transparent in conveying the policies. They just want to take money from you.

                                      Justdial please stop the ecs asap.

                                        I have tried multiple times removing the justdial listing and the "Remove Listing" from the "Edit" option does not work. I kindly request you to remove these listings from justdial.com.

                                        We have tried entering the OTP multiple times and it still stays that the OTP is incorrect even though we have tried entering the OTP properly multiple times.

                                        We have also tried contacting the +[protected] but to no avail the listing are still not removed.
