I got new Karbonn phone on 13 March 2013 1) and got some problem with in one month so I gave it to service center they took my Phone for more than 2 month and returned me with temporary arrangement. 2) after 2 month again same problem occurred. so they took more than 20 days and returned me. I hardly used 40 total days from the day of purchasing... and rest days it is in service center. I don't want to say more about quality...
