Screen problem of Model No. A1 Plus

complaint against customer care

I was sent my mobile 3 times in months to customer care. but my problem is not solved. and they never responed or don't take any serious step to repair my mobile. i sent many mails to company but they never reply me. i ask them that tell me if mobile is not repair then ask me so i buy new. but no reply. and the near customer care has no contact number....

Unexpected delay in providing service within warranty period

I purchased a Karbonn Tornado Tab 7 (IMEI : ST[protected]) on 30th Jan 2013 from Nehru Place, New Delhi. At present, the tab is completely dead. I brought it to servicing center “Cell Services” at Tuglakabad Extn., New Delhi on 02/07/2013. I was told, the warranty needs to be updated it requires at least 3 days of time.
