Self has been booked a reservation ticket from kozhikode to mysore on 28.09.17 at 10.15pm bus. I was on time in kozhikode bus stand at 10pm. I enquired station master regarding bus timings and not getting crew number. But he told today due to holidays and rain bus will come and crew will call like that. After that i was waited up to 1.20am and in mean time several times i enquired station master regarding my travel he told bus coming like that. But due to poor response of kerala rtc finally i lost my bus. Arround 1.30am station master told that bus already gone and also he is lying that when bus came my cell was switched off like that. But my cell was never switched off. Whatever it may be dont now without intimating crew number to passenger how the kerala rtc running transportation. And i took new ticket to myaore arround 1.45am. So kindly i request you to take necessary action on the concerned person and i need componsation for bus loss and waiting of 3hrs in the bus stand. This is first worst thing happen in my life journey. Bus details - pnr no - k3963636, trip code - 1805ekmbng, seat number - 24, class - super deluxe air bus, pick up point - kozhikode bus stand, time 10.15pm. I need the justice.
