Sir,
On 24th morning 5.50am I called to Ksrtc Nedumangad and inquired about the bus to kallar they told me to wait till 6.15.Till 6.30AM I waited at LIC Junction.Then I called again to the office .The reply was that the PONMUDI BUS left through a short cut .We passengers at two busstops were fooled.
Sir why they are cheating the passengers.
I lost half day salary
Got warning from the boss.
We cant be irresponsible in private firms.
I hope you will take care of this.
