Dear Concern,
We made a booking with KESINENI TRAVELS (2 tickets) from Mangalore to Hyderabad worth INR 3808.80 (Merchant Order no. B2C8E7) on 14.01.2016. The online booking failed due to whatsoever reason, however the amount has been debited from our account! Upon calling Kesineni customer care at first we were asked to make another booking and that the amount would be refunded within 5-7 working days. After 10 days when the amount was not credited to our account, we called the customer care and they said the credit request was under process and it would take 2 more days. Since then it's been a month and each time we call the customer care they say it's under process and hang up the phone! Sometimes they even listen to our query and just hang up without responding!!
We are tired of continuous follow up and feeling cheated.
Kindly please someone look into the matter and help us get our money back.
