[Resolved]  KFC India — money deducted but order not received

I ordered online via zomato from KFC. The food was delivered at home. But I got penalized twice i.e zomato delivery charge and resturant handling charge.
If my order was sent at home, why did kfc charge me resturant handling charges ?

I placed one zinger burger and two hot wings order through kfc app using my debit card. My order got rejected but money got debited from my account.

Money deducted from account...order was not placed...plz help me to refund my money

I, ve placed an order from KFC application. And i, ve made the Payment via Upi mode. My money got deducted but didn't received the order. Attaching screenshot for ur reference. Please kindly look into the matter and refund my money ASAP. My mobile no -[protected]

I have tried to place the order today. while making the payment, i have choosen UPI mode and it redirected me to some other page. My amount got debited but my order is not confirmed. When i came back and checked it, place order button is grayed out. attached the screenshots.
