I order kfc, chicken and the food was over cooked and burnt. I couldn't have it and had to dump. all of it, and stomach had started paining also....

Hi, I placed my order(#[protected]) on 15 March 2023 around 8:45 PM through the KFC App. Around 9:05 PM it started showing that the order is on the way. Around 9:10 PM I received a call from the restaurant that the order is still being prepared. After a few minutes, I called upon the delivery persons number given on the app and got to know that he was about 15 to 20 minutes away from the restaurant and it would take him that much time...

While Trying to place an order on KFC MOBILE APP The Payment Flow was successful and after redirecting back to order creation page it went blank but money was debited neither order was created nor money was refunded, I tried multiple emails to kfc, they are not even responding, So unprofessional, I would have been happy even if they provided me with gift card instead of refund but nothing, It's been nearly a year...

On 3rd March 2023, I received 2 sms from KFC at 0423 PM that I have ordered from KFC. Order no.7462.
But fact is I didn't order anything as I m Jain and don't eat non-veg. Somebody intentionally gave my mobile no to KFC to create fake record on my name to harrass me. I have placed the order at 7.55 PM and the order isnt delivered until 22:00 which is very rediculous. The team has been bluffing since 8.45 PM saying that I would receive the delivery in next 5 mins. But when I have called the rider at 22:00, he then informs that he is at Restaurant to pick my order at 22:00 when order was placed at 7:55 PM.

I Paid money for kfc online but order is not accepted...

I had bought a veg zinger meal and tried paid with Gpay UPI in the KFC outlet avaialble in Bangalore airport terminal 1. But the amount got deducted and it showed failed in bill counter. And later I had paid using my credit card as well. Later I had got the status of my payment through Gpay as successful. I need the refund for the amount paid by either of the method. I have placed an order on February 19th, 01.34 PM at nearby KFC branch (Rs.575.99). After accepting my order your concern said that your location is not under deliverable area which should have been informed before taking my order. So I have raised for refund through customer care service from which I dint receive my refund yet. Kindly clear the issues to refund my amount at the earliest.
