I Went to KFC FCC2F17, CPD 48, 2nd Floor, Pacific Mall, Mathura Road Sarita Vihar New Delhi - 110044 on 26 April 2024. I ordered my food through kfc app for pick up at 8:30 PM (UPI Ref No:[protected]. My money from the bank got deducted but order was not placed on the store.
I spoke to the store employee (Mr. Dinesh), He answered me that it is showing "payment failed" on their server and the money would be returned back to the account in 24 hours. but the payment was not refunded. spoke to the customer care to register a complaint regarding this so that i can get my payment back, they responded by ensuring that my payment would be refunded in 7 working day.
Today is 10 May 2024 and still my payment has not been refunded in my bank account, when i try to contact the customer care on phone, no one picks up the call.
