Kindly note that we have verified & updated your correct details with the Credit Bureaus. Request you to kindly download a fresh Credit Report to confirm the same.
NOTE: In order to view the latest changes, you will need to download a fresh Credit Report from the website of the Credit Bureaus itself. In case you are using a 3rd party service provider who offers you to download your Credit Report for free, there can be an issue of the same old credit report (having the same old details) getting downloaded for you, since some 3rd party websites usually refresh their data only once a month. In such cases, try downloading the credit report from some other service provider to get the latest data.
If still not updated, we kindly request you to contact the credit department and raise the dispute for the same.
Also, as per our system record you have ongoing FASTCASH loan from Kissht App which was due on[protected], that's the reason it is showing active in your Cibil report.
We request you to kindly make the payment of loan amount with dues to close your loan and to avoid any credit issue.
