I have contacted kissht Twitter customer service and told them regarding the harrassment made by the Collection agent who visited the adhar registered address for 2 accounts [protected] and [protected] and created Chaos Defamed my entire family to the neighbour and shared the loan details. Upon raising complaint to customer service and informing that we have taken this loan due to some uncertainty and was unable to pay due to some uncertainty as well. That time due to the behaviour of Collection agent we had to upload the same proofs on social media then the customer service team promised me to help me further and confirmed that the Collection activity is on hold till I the time I tell them the payment date however gave me one condition which is to delete the posts and proofs which I did.
Now suddenly today I received call from them using vulgar languages and told me that they will create the chaos again. I raised complaint on same Twitter chatbox and told them about the issue and also confirmed the repayment date but again the person who was replying me gave a call from[protected] started abusing me and gave death threats . Also, said that they will send goons to the adhar registered address where we are not present anymore. I have a clear screenshot of the conversation as well.
Kindly take action on them as they are definitely not following any RBI guidelines and harrassing the customers, forcing them to attempt suicide. I am a victim too. Please help me
