Kissht — Loan disbursement kept on hold

I got approval for my loan and completed fhe process with e mandate on[protected], they claim the disbursement is with in minutes but my disbursement is kept on hold

Reason asked on chat
The reason was imps failure from the bank will be done manual neft in 24 hrs, its now approx 48 hrs still nothing has been done

But they show in there a active loan of whose amount i have not received still in the account.

Please look in to the matter and provide me the solution

I think they have one common messaged typed and kept, which is been posted on each complaint, whose intension is to just reply and no further action taken,
