My parcel with tracking id: rb[protected]sg is stuck with kolkata customs since 12/09/19 with retention reason: awaiting presentation to customs commissioner.
I thereby contacted kolkata customs on their webpage and raised a query with ticket no. : 477811
But no action has been taken yet.
I have been waiting for days for this package clearance but in vain.
Indianpost.in do not show any update whatsoever.
If there is any issue or requirement, its better if the customs contacted me.
At least i need an update on the parcel.
Such ignorance of parcels is actually very disturbing.
I do understand the workload on them but with these kinds of delays, aren't they creating more of due workload?
I need my parcel asap.
Please look on this matter, and at least update.
