why ur customer care mislead customers and your clinic act like butcher shop?
no complaint desk, so many time I asking for launch a complaint that I took service and my result are not coming as per the commitment.
doctors, stuff telling lie right from the beginning, at the time of consultation they never told me about prp and they told me you got 100% result and after procedure they litterly force me to take prp which is total cost around 9k.
At the operation time they completey misguide me,
And now when I ask why I am facing this kind of issue they treated me very bad way this is very very unprofessional behavior.

Also their no cost emi also a fraud, initially the consultant told I am not going to pay extra penny with no cost emi and now I pay extra around 1600.
My transplanted hair growth is not good their are so many gaps, my existing hair got hamper yet they told I have to upto 8 months and no need to take medicine or action on this, even though why you are not disclose your doctor name who complete the hair transplant procedure?
Really pathetic and disgusting fraud service.

Hi I started taking weight loss treatment at kolors Kalyan nagar branch it’s 48000 package I took paid 43700 and availed 5 sessions but now due to lack of money I want to stop this treatment and cancel the Emi please help me in cancelling Emi I’m unable to handle the Emi’s

My name is malathi. My complaint is regarding on kolors. I paid for my sister and me for slimming treatment. They didn't told us the T/C while paying the money. I'm getting side effects after session. Side effects like fever, vomitings and faint. So I decided to stop the treatment. I explained them but they didn't accept for returning money. I don't know what they are thinking about the customers. Even though the customers having side effects they don't care they only need money. They are so many customers are facing like this. So I just want to raise complaint against that company fraud. I hope this complaint will help further customers . Recently news also came from Hyderabad branch that one lady was hospitalized after taking this treatment and they don't care even if we are suffering after treatments. So please consider my complaint and do needful.

I need a help so since iam on plus side i went to kolors to lose weight taken couple of their services .

Last August they told me about 2 service and i paid 8ok for those service .

Service no:1 they stopped but not refunding money they are asking me to take some other service but i have no requirement

Service 2 : they keep saying the product is yet to arrive in few months it's going to be an year .

I complaint to multiple people and later i called the customer care numbers but they keep direct me to the branch .

I would like to escalate it to higher level i don't know how to do it . Can someone help me . If you know anyone working in their head office ( Hyderabad) or in anyway i can get the money back .

It was my own personal savings i put everything in its so painful losing all the money and getting no response .

Someone please help me ...

2. Doctors over there start making comfortable and explain them about these products and their experiences about their profession till here it’s fine.

Point 3. Now they start forcing for packages and payments.
Not even giving a chance for customers to think.
First made 500/- cash
Second made 6500/- card
For joining fee okay
Didn’t feel to ask is Customer ready to pay or not didn’t even ask before paying just a tag line about team and condition that’s it.

4. Now packages and treatment are explained and their products …didn’t check wat kind of product suits to the customers just telling and again making pay them the money again no time given to the person to think charged my card:
For treatment phone pay 31000/-
Remaining by card swiped 35000/-

5. After customer says I don’t have enof money for the treatment so comes option EMI. Again, here as well didn’t even been customer make comfortable to take EMI.
what every leftover the payment took from EMI.
It’s totally like forcefully made me to pay transfer money swipe my card and take EMI for remaining pay and forcefully took sign from me on terms and conditions.
Which is totally wrong.

2nd part is about refund: Called to the store said needed to talk with manager.
After Talking with manager Santhos reddy said needed to talk with MD.
First said will negotiate and refund the remaining in the call took couple off weeks
Again saying will not because of terms and conditions.

Not even once i have been in any package taken or been in a treatment. i have never been there to that place after their taking money from me without me thinking to go for it or not its totally fraud. I wanted my full refund and EMI Cancelled.

I have four sittings of slimming treatment in tirupati.i have paid 1, 25, 000 through emi .after sittings i git dengue 2 times.i started taking treatment from february 2023 onwards only i want ny refund

Kolors team have insisted me to go through hair transplantation as i had bigger forehead, i paid 50k and had gone through the procedure in October 2021. With confidence they told that everything will be okay and I will get more confidence after the HT. Now after an year also nothing has changed, treatment got failed
I am losing my confidence after this treatment.
I need complete refund and any other substitute processes...

I take a treatment for my cousin(sister's daughter)and last saturday i went your premises of Tirupur and met Mr. karthik for consultation and enquire about the payment and he told comes 89000/- for reduction of 20kg and they given no cost emi with hdfc bank and your card was eligible for interest free emi and the amount is 3770/-24 months. After his words i paid the amount through my card after 2-days i received emi chart from bank 4550/- 24 months and the total amount 1, 09, 000/-
And then i spoke with kolors tirupur [protected] they told after 2-3 months it will correct it and return back the interest.

Now today i contact my personal banker and enquired about it they said EMI not changed and you pls raised complaint in cybercrime for this issue.

Pls rectify the issue as soon as possible

I joined kolors at 08/01/2021, they convinced and made EMI'S from Bajaj finance limited 95, 000/- rupees for 8 GFC sessions, i took one session then after i realised that they charge me very high & i am student, I already paid one EMI Now I am unable to pay for remaining EMIS & i am financially not willing to pay FOR remaining 7 sessions, so I said that I don't attend for remaining sessions please refund my amount, but they're not refunding i fighting for last 2 months, please refund my amount.
I am suffering from last 2 months

It's been 2 months since the short circuit. No one is responding about next session. Very bad interactions are experienced from customer care service. Kindly refund me excluding my 2 sittings. So that I can get my laser done from others

I had joined in Kolors on Nov 2022 and till now going for weight loss program. But there is no benefits for me. Kolors is money hunting group. They are not giving salary to their employees at correct date and time. So many issues having inside. Please try to get back my money 1 lakhs from Kolors.

If anna nager branch is not giving my money back i will give criminal complain and also a consumer complain on misbehaving activity of anitha in anna nager branch and wrong treatment giving with house keeping people for weight loss is crime i paid 82000 in anna nager kolors for weight loss. I came to know already 40 people given complain on anna nager k4 police station i have all the evidence to escalate it to youtube and social media . This is a last warning message to kolors i need my 82000 back else i will show you the worst side of me defect your criminal activity

I joined kolors and paid 70000 to them but suddenly they called and informed me don't come from tomorrow onwards and we don't provide treatment for you. Then I asked refund the amount which I paid. they said and challenged you never get refund back and also stopped the treatment. Including consultation 70500 paid through EMI. Please get refund from them....

Hi I'm Shivani. I joined kolors Health Care Pvt Ltd in Jan at kundalahalli Branch. I started for weight loosing treatment. I payed 34000. I want to stop my sessions because they are not doing proper way treatment not satified at all also i didn't lose any weight so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount.Still no response from any one call me. No Physio Doctor in Branch. no proper response from the branch and there is no co- ordination by the office member regarding updates, such a poor management. How will be my treatment of this the way of approach with customers. No use of these weight loss treatment. Waste of time. Daily my travelling time 1 hours, and treatment time 2.5 hour. Totally 3.5 hours waste. So i have requested for refund. Kindly help me to get my refund.

Im lakshmi from Anna nager joined kolors in anna nager branch for weight loss treatment paid 82000 went for 2 class only the staff are very worst given harmful treatment my leag was affected and body is very pain ful i fall down after 2nd seating because of kolors treatment. I informed the manager anitha who is belong to anna nager branch to refund my money and to cancel a bajaj finance loan sence the treatment is harmeful i have blood pressure . Hi I'm Santhakumari. I joined kolors Health Care Pvt Ltd in 19.08.2022 Perambur Periyar Nagar Branch. I started for weight loosing treatment. I payed 40000. I want to stop my sessions because they are not doing proper way treatment for Heating. I got many blisters issues in my stomach, Thigh and knee.And also I got ( High Blood Pressure), so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount.Still no response from any one call me. And also my Counsellor Mrs. Supriya. Already No Physio Doctor in Perambur Branch. She resigned her job. one and half month no Physio Doctor in Perambur Periyar Nagar Branch. no proper response from the branch and there is no co- ordination by the office member regarding updates, such a poor management. In Anantapur branch staff only wants money they won't give best treatment. I think they will get more salary if we take treatment if we go means they will eat our brain take this treatment.
Only words no results will be there please don't go for kolors
