My name is yamini varanasi. I've joined kolors in september 2018 to reduce 15kg but i haven't reduced anything from you guys. I want my money back. Inspite of doing whatever you said i did not reduce my weight. I was promised 15kgs but i have put on 3 kgs after joining here. I spoke to so many dietitians and consults but nothing has happened. This is not at all acceptable. I want my money back or i can complain in consumer forum and i know how to get back my money. I have all the details with me.

    Also called in bajaj fin serv... They only told.. Required letter from the consulting doctor from kolors...

    If the doctor provide the certificate, means they have the chance for cancel my loan.

    Becoz totally 10 months emi... First emi only i paid.. Till now 8000 paid for kolors... Till 9 months emi is pending from my side... Instead of without going to kolors and do not take any treatment why should i paid around 36000 from my side... While initially i went for kolors to asking my queries, but the kolors representative forcefully to join there.. Now she ll not with me.. She also not want to go there.. The treatment was very painful for her like she told..

    She not be interested to go there... May be the treatment is not to fit for her.. Or she ll be not interested to go there..

    I already informed that kolors perambur branch... Person..

    I request you to cancel tis treatment and provide medical certificate with examiner who attended her already.

    Becoz bajaj finserv request letter for loan cancellation..

    10 months emi... One emi only i paid.. Also till now more than 30 classes... She attend only 6 classes.. Also she ll be not interested to go there...

    We are not in same house. Some issues happen for both...

    Kindly consider my situation an proceed the needful...

    There is no proper response from the branch..and who is iniated to join with kolors..

    Please tell wat is the update and wat is the solution..
    My flush fitting is not working properly and there is leakage of water from it

      Hi,

      I'm rajesh, i have joined my wife for weight loss treatment a one and half year back, and it was 10kg weight commitment irrespective of time and sessions at the time of payment. After 15 to 20 sessions she is same weight never lost even 2 kgs now there are telling we have time limit why this has not been told when we pay money. I completely not happy in fact felt been fooled with the service and commitment the staff gave.

      On the other hand, i have again been fool with same staff, by joining hair loss treatment for me and my wife, especially a person called surya (From sales team chennai adayar branch).

      At the time of payment she agreed 10+3 (Stem cell and dandruff) for me and 10 sessions for my wife but wrote only 6 for me and 6 sessions for my wife, when i asked she said i will manage with other sessions because i will be in trouble if i mention 10 sessions.

      Now she lying blindly saying i have told only 5 (For me)+5 (For my wife) when you pay money.

      My question if you say 5+5, why you have wrote 6+6 in the card, and why you said i will manage with the service people with the extra committed sessions,.??
      So, are you saying i have wrote 6+6 sessions money in the card but will give only 5+5,.??? Extra money i take for my personal use.

      This kind of complete manipulations are being taken place in the kolors adayar branch by the person surya.

      They are committing something when they take money but they serve some thing else when it comes to service.

      No one there to take action/ do justice.

      Please check with and do need full.

        Hi I m worried ther is no proper escalation number for Kolors. The one given in the site [protected] is invalid. Kolors totally cheater when enquiring to join with a missed call we get thousands of call back but no single number for escalation

        I joined Kolors on 3 nov2018 and took the first session on weight loss on my he same day in Chennai omr centre. On the same day I got boils all over my tummy region where hand massage with steamer has been given. All over the stomach region skin peeled in bits and patches.

        I have communicated the same to centre manager, counsellor and head on the same and have been discussing on the alternates but they informed the machines are now replaced and wanted me to continue.

        I really do not want to risk my life though it may or may not suit for different people the way of treatment does not suit me and causing mental and physical troubles.

        I have paid 35000 rupees and taken only one session. Kindly refund my amount after reducing the amount for one session. I am not getting proper response from centre. My counsellor Suriya and centre manager Sathish, whenever I call him they say waiting for response from corporate and no response or call back.

        I am literally getting physiological problems and family issue due to huge amount of money in vase and no idea on how to recover.

        Let me know the procedure for escalation and get my things sorted.

        I am a regular customer at kolors healthcare indiranagar Bangalore. I have a complaint against an employee named shobha working in kolors healthcare indiranagar Bangalore. She mistreated me twice and also she has a very rude behavior. Disappointed !

          no result on weight loss

          Hi Team,

          I have registerd with kolors in may and started my treatment for weight loss and i was promised thay i will reduce 15kgs and i paid 50k. Again in august they have forced me for other type of treatment which will be effective so i paid 30k for that trusting them and after a few days as my engagement date is near they convinced me thay along with tightening session i will lose more kilos so i paid 15k. Again last month...

          I join the weightloss treatment on kolors my total package amount is 60000 first I pay only 6000 balance amount was bajaj finserv loan on monthly emi 6000 then I go to the 1 session and take the treatment on kolors and that day evng and now a days i have a very severe fever cold and dry cough also so today I go to the kolors and tell them my problem to the my consultant mam and i discuss to cancel my weightloss treatment on kolors they consultant tell they have no refund policy.so plz solve my problem.. my no [protected]

            I called the helpline number[protected] for a query and a lady who answered the call yelled and used foul and abusive language repeatedly. I again called her and she again started yelling and using foul language without any reason. This is certainly not a way to treat a customer. I tried calling and they company completely ignored me and my complaint. They told me that they will call me back but they haven't taken any measures to resolve this issue,

              I booked for glow peel n prp, but to my shocking thing, my face got worsened after detan pack, don't know y they gave detan for me, n they are not accepting the blame which s worse, n no proper guidance. All are busy only in new admission of clients n not caring the existing ones, the worst ever experience. So far in none of the clinics my face became so pigmented with acne scars, I came for glow but wat I got was scars, literally regretting for choosing this, I would have paid more than 50k here, n they r not ready to give any remedial service for me, so bad n horrible hospitality, getting appointment is another headache. Will never refer anyone.

                As per discussions held on 31st october 2017. They promise me to give the result 20kgs of weight loss. If they fail to do so the company will take responsibility. On the joining day my weight is 73kgs. But now my weight is 80kgs. My weight was not deduced.. When i ask the same thing they were saying that it was not their responsibility.. They wasted my valuable time and money. They spoiled my health.. I am suffering from severe knee pains.. I request you to take very serious action on them. Thanking you sir

                  I made the payment (27K) on 13th Apr 2018 and immediately one of my colleague shared her worse experience with Kolors and advised me not to take any treatment. Immediately I told Kolors team that I am not interested to take the treatment and requested for refund. But they are not ready to refund and they are forcing the customers to join the treatment once we paid they are behaving differently not agreeing to refund. Kindly assist and save the public. They are making good money by telling stories.

                  Note: One more thing they are forcibly taking the OTP from the customers which is wrong.

                  I am still struggling to get back my money from Kolors. And I am not interested to take the treatment with Kolors after reading the reviews.
                  I m going to Colors from 7 months but not even 1 kg I have lost. Upon checking with staff n manager no proper response very careless. Please help me I paid 35, 000 for nothing. Please call me on pirority.
