This company is overrun by cheaters and staff that make cheat tools for user and protect them for a subscription. When you complain against a member of their cheat site or post any proof of them cheating you are given a warning about "naming and shaming" players. Following this warning you are restricted on your complaints to 3/day (which is not nearly enough since you will most likely encounter 10+ an hour).
If this does not discourage the complaining they will login to your account daily, forcing you to the login page, your setting will be constantly messed with (set to low resolutions etc.) If you insist on playing this game you better subscribe to their bot/cheat site as well.
