When you complain against a member of their cheat site or post any proof of them cheating you are given a warning about "naming and shaming" players. Following this warning you are restricted on your complaints to 3/day (which is not nearly enough since you will most likely encounter 10+ an hour).

I purchased my club coins from PES mobile 2021 for rupees 269 and i didn't receive it.
I believe it was an error in the game and not by the bank. I had similar experiences when i paid and didn't receive it but back then it showed error before purchase complete notification. This one said purchase is done and when i went back inside the game i didn't receive. So i want a refund of rupees 269 rupees...

I can't purchase coins with my debit card why...

I purchase the festive pack coin of 740 coins and I was debited by my bank but I haven't received my coin...

I have purchased coins by mistake and thought it was at no cost .. I didn't remove my card from google play store and i completely overlooked " 1 tap buy " option .. I was so excited when coins were added to my balance and opted for spending on iconic packs all of a sudden ... After few minutes i checked my inbox and saw the messages appearing on my screen that say a certain amount was deduted from my card ... I was clueless at that moment...

This email is in reference to my konami pes 2021 purchase of 269 gold coins for inr 310.

I have made purchase against 310 gold coins and money has been deducted from my account, however i haven't received 310 gold coins for my purchase.

Please look into this issue in order to provide me my gold coins or please provide me my refund back.
