Konami — I purchased myclub coins but didn't receive it

I purchased my club coins from PES mobile 2021 for rupees 269 and i didn't receive it.
I believe it was an error in the game and not by the bank. I had similar experiences when i paid and didn't receive it but back then it showed error before purchase complete notification. This one said purchase is done and when i went back inside the game i didn't receive. So i want a refund of rupees 269 rupees
