I bought a Citizen CH452 Upper Arm Digital BP Monitor by online from www.koovs.com dt. on 31.08.2011. I made the payment of Rs.1176/-through online transfer of Karnataka Bank,Panipat. After the successfully transaction, i got a Code KV[protected] and assured for the delivery between 7 working days. But niether i recieved the above good nor they pickup my call. No Response on customer care

I bought Tommy Hilfiger Men’s Wallet on 22 August and when I am calling the customer care number mentioned in the website (Call +91-[protected] (9am to 7pm, 6 days a week) someone is picking the phone and disconnecting this is so annoying that instead o[censored]pdating on status after picking the call they are disconnecting.

Not sending refunds of fake coupons sold

I purchased vouchers of bal gopal site from Koovs. When I tried to make purchase coupons showed as not valid. When I called Bal Gopal , I was wrongly accused of misusing the site !!!! WTF sites are these.
Now when I want my refund of the coupon , they are just fooling around since last 3 weeks. Last reply was that refund will be made ASAP. Wonder what is ASAP for them.
Koovs also sold me coupons of Fashnvia site from which...

Dear sir,
i have been fooled by koovs.com, as they say in their website that for each referral and purchases made by us, we will get 100 per referral, and i did 6 referrals for them, who in-turn even did purchases in 29th march,2011.
after that when i didn't got the coupons, i called and emailed the company and they told due to technical problems they were not able to do so, but soon would do it.
But till date, even...

Item Booked but not delivered also amount deducted from account

Hi,

I booked 2 Tshirts from koovs.com site.
also got confirmation mail for and and amount is also diducted from my SBI account to them.

But still tshirts are not delivered to me after more then 25 days.

When I call to the number [protected] they say it will be delivered today and tomorrow.

But still not delivered.

Please help,

No product, No refund from Koovs

KOOVS.com - beware of this fraudulent company!

I purchased 2 products through Koovs.com on 6th Jan 2011; I spent Rs.1398/-

But, I DIDN"T get the product. I requested for REFUND - I DIDN"T get that either!

What more? Today, after almost one month's time - nobody from koovs is bothered to reply to my email -
including the CEO/founders!

Now think - do you want...
